Playing hooky...

Daddy took a half day to wait for the washer repairman (who never showed) and Mama's doctors appointment was cancelled (power outages) so, in a rare occurence, we got to spend a hot and humid Philly afternoon with Tink. After a much needed nap, our girlie displayed her pre-walking skills and tried desperately to open doors, race into the bathroom and read some art history. This picture is destined to accompany her early decision application to Yale!

10 months and 1 day...

Our girlie is officially ten months old......and one day......today. And while we spend our hours chasing this little monkey around the house, its hard to believe that very soon she will be a one year old. Well, it was hard to believe until she pulled her little butt up and stood, by herself with no helping hands or furniture, for a full five seconds.....twice!

Dah-Dah's Day...

Our Tink marked Daddy's first Father's Day by taking four steps behind a toy. We were at Nana and Pop's for a BBQ and off she went--crawling, pulling herself up and then her first few steps! Such a fun day!

Rug Burn...

Our girlie is now officially crawling and she has the rug burns on her little dimpled knees to prove it. She giggles like a hyena as she makes her way out of her bedroom and into the freedom of the hallway. However she always gets held up at those darn door hinges--they are just so fascinating!

Tink the Tank...

Daddy took Tink to her nine month doctor's appointment with Dr. Kline today. She is doing great and now weighs in at 18lbs 11oz (42 percentile), is 2'1.5" tall (2 percentile) and her head measures 43.8cm around (40 percentile). Our little Tinkerbell is well on her way to being a little Tank instead--thanks for the fun new nickname Uncle Brandon!
