Busy Bee...
Tink had a full weekend with swim lessons, a visit to Nana's house to play with Sophie, dinner with the Rorke family (Jackson is such a big boy now!), a trip to the grocery store and a long walk with Jack. You would have thought this busy schedule would have tired our girlie out, but no...it made her chatty! So chatty that she jabbered non-stop all day Sunday! Her performance was very well received at the Genuardi's:)

The Seven-Month Itch...
Our Tinkerbell is seven-months old today! She can officially say "da-da" now and the smile it brings to Ian's face is priceless!
Last weekend Auntie Kissy came to visit us and she could not believe how big our girlie had gotten since last seeing her over Thanksgiving. Ryan was obsessed with Auntie's big white teeth and could not take her eyes off of her mouth. The staring was very funny and made poor Auntie so self-conscious that she had a nightmare that all her teeth fell out! We had a great time with Auntie Kissy (shop, shop, shopping!) and we cannot wait to see her again for vacation in August (but hopefully before then!).

A Fish Called Ryan...
This morning was Tink's first swim lesson at the YMCA and she did a great job! Daddy took her in and Mommy snapped pictures from the stands overlooking the pool. There were about a dozen children ranging in ages from six months to two years in her class. They sang songs, played with balls, used kick boards, and practiced paddling and kicking. It was a fun time and we are looking forward to our lesson next week when Auntie Kissy is in town and gets to come with us!

Ham-Bone...
Our little girlie has become a ham. Her latest thing is to fake cough and then laugh at herself like she is the funniest person alive. And if you don't laugh with her she will give you a look and then try again.
She has also started to open mouth kiss. She will lean towards us with her mouth wide open and grip on to our faces with her little fingers in sheer excitement. It is really too cute! We just hope that she is not practicing with any of those boys at school...

Sick Day!
Ian has a throat infection. Ryan has a cold. I have babysitting duties for both! I took Tink to the doctors this morning to make sure that she had not caught Ian's infection. Thankfully she had not, but they did decide to perform her six-month check up while we were there--in other words they gave her four more shots! She was a little trooper and has pretty much slept it off all day. Her latest stats:
Weight--15 lbs 7 oz (50th percentile)
Length--24 in (5th percentile)
Head--16 3/4 in (50th percentile)
As her mobility increases our next task is to baby-proof the cottage--god only knows how that will work?!
